The new generation element combustion analyzers


TSHR International is an innovative and dynamic producer of element analyzers.

TSHR has experienced a strong growth through the acquisition of the entire elemental analyzers from Thermo Scientific, arisen from the former Euroglas B.V. in Delft. Since January 1st 2015 BRS took over the sales, applicative support, maintenance and service of the TSHR analyzers and existing Thermo/Euroglas systems. The existing systems are characterized by simplicity and reliability. The completely new line-up of elemental analyzers will continually be built on this reliable history.

TN 7000

The TN 7000 system is designed for fast and efficient analysis of total nitrogen. The sample is introduced into a heated dual zone combustion furnace. After the dual zone combustion stage, the combustion gasses flow through a perma-pure dryer tube where all moisture and other potential interferences are removed. The conditioned combustion gasses will flow towards the chemiluminescence detector where added ozone will react with NO to form an excitation stage of NO2* which can then be measured.
Combine the power of the TN 7000 and TS 7000 analyzers in one to perform simultaneous nitrogen and sulfur analysis.

TN 6000

The TN 6000 is built on the foundations of proven principles. The system supports the use of different modules, like liquids and solids which are used for the introduction of various sample matrices into the furnace. The nitrogen is detected by the principal of chemiluminescense (CLD). The TN 6000 system is designed to have the option to expand with a TS/UV detector for total sulfur and a TX chlorine module, in that case it is possible to measure nitrogen, sulfur and chlorine in 1 combined system.

TX 7000

The TX 7000 system is designed for fast and efficient analysis of total chlorine. The sample is introduced into a heated dual zone combustion furnace. After the dual zone combustion stage, the gasses go through an acid scrubber where all moisture and other potential interferences are removed. The conditioned combustion gasses will flow towards the coulometric cell. The compact coulometric titration cell can handle up to at least 60 samples without refreshing of the electrolyte solution.
The TX 7000 system is fully compliant with ASTM, DIN, IP, UOP and CEN regulatory methods.

The TX 6000 is built on the foundations of proven principles. The system supports the use of different modules, like liquids and solids which are used for the introduction of various sample matrices into the furnace. The chlorine is detected by the principal of microcoulometric titration. The TX 6000 system is designed to have the option to expand with a CLD detector for total nitrogen and a TS/UV detector for total sulfur, in that case it is possible to measure nitrogen, sulfur and chlorine in 1 combined system.

The TX 1800 is an analyzer designed to measure organic halides in both liquid and solid matrices. The system is a compact and robust system for laboratories with an average number of analysis. It is a low cost and compact system without any sacrifice in the quality of the reliable and proven micro coulometric detection. The design provides ease of use and accessibility for all routine maintenance.
The TX 1800 system can not be automated.

The FU3 three stations AOX filtration unit. This system is very suitable for the well-known AOX (adsorbable organic halides) environmental applications. With the filtration unit it is possible to do an adsorption work up of 3 environmental samples at the same time for AOX analysis. Fully compliant with the ASTM, DIN, IP, UOP and CEN regulatory methods for batch methods.









HR7000

HR 7000 autosampler


The HR 7000 series autosampler is a liquid sampler used for liquid sample injections on a 7000 or 6000 series elemental analyzer. All HR 7000 autosamplers can be controlled by the Athena software.

HR 7015
The sampler can be controlled by the software or key path. The system has 15 sample positions and 4 wash solvent positions. 1 waste vial is used; there is also an option available for a bigger waste port.

HR 7015Plus
The sampler can be controlled by the software or key path .The system has 15 sample positions and 4 wash solvent positions. 1 waste vial is used, there is also an option available for a bigger waste port.
The HR 7015Plus has a heated vortex position that can be used to heat and homogenize the sample.

HR 7100
The sampler can be controlled by the software or touch screen. The system has 121 sample positions and 4 wash solvent position. 1 waste vial, with an option for a bigger waste port. The HR 7100 sampler can be used with the intelligent dilution software option. The intelligent dilution can do automated dilutions for calibration or samples.

HR 7100Plus
The sampler can be controlled by the software or touch screen. The system has 121 sample positions with 33 heated positions included, and 4 wash solvent position. 1 waste vial, with an option for a bigger waste port. The HR 7100Plus sampler can be used with the intelligent dilution software option. The intelligent dilution can do automated dilutions for calibration or samples.

Advanced carbon and sulfur analyzer for inorganic materials

On white paper completely new designed, this high-precision CS analyzer for metallic or ceramic materials uses only state-of-the-art technologies. It is equipped with a long-life solid-state high-frequency induction furnace, which makes it possible to reach sample temperatures of up to 2000 °C. Thanks to an optional camera the gas release can be observed in real-time by the operator. Also for the element detection advanced technologies are used. Carbon and sulfur are both analyzed by wide-range IR detectors, which are capable to detect the whole concentration range. Thus, little impurities in the ppm-range and higher concentrations of some percentages by weight are detectable.

The inductar ONH cube is an innovative elemental analyzer, which is able to analyze oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen concentrations in inorganic materials simultaneously. This high-precision ONH analyzer for metallic or ceramic materials uses only state-of-the-art technologies. It is equipped with a long-life solid-state high-frequency induction furnace, which makes it possible to reach sample temperatures of up to 3000 °C. Thanks to an optional camera the gas release can be observed in real-time by the operator. Also for the element detection advanced technologies are used. Oxygen is analyzed by a wide-range IR detector, which is capable to detect the whole concentration range. For the precise hydrogen analysis a unique electrochemical detection technology finds usage for the first time. The nitrogen analysis by a well-known thermal conductivity detector completes the precise and simultaneous 3-element analysis of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen in one cycle.

For the first time in history of inorganic elemental analysis it is possible to analyze 5 elements in 1 analyzer. The newly developed and worldwide unique inductar EL cube sets new standards in flexibility and precision with its innovative solutions and state-of-the-art technology. It is equipped with a long-life solid-state high-frequency induction furnace, which makes it possible to reach a sample temperature of up to 3000 °C. Thanks to an optional camera the gas release can be observed in real-time by the operator. Also for the element detection new technologies are used. Carbon, sulfur and oxygen are analyzed with a wide-range IR detector, which are capable to detect the whole concentration range. For the precise determination of hydrogen an innovative detection technology finds usage for the first time. The concentration of the fifth element nitrogen is detected via TCD.
