The CombiFlash NextGen 300+ comes standard with all options installed. Flow rate range is from 1 to 300 mL/min at operating pressures up to 300 psi (20 bar). The system is fitted with a solid load injection valve that can be bypassed if you decide to perform a liquid injection. RFID technology comes standard and automatically reads the size and type of RediSep or RediSep Gold column being used for the purification. Based on this information, a default gradient and flow rate are programmed into the system. Simply insert the column into the stand, press Play and the run starts. This same RFID technology automatically reads the rack type being used ensuring there is never a missed or overfilled tube. Active solvent and waste level monitoring is standard on the NextGen 300+
The CombiFlash NextGen 300 is configurable to your needs. The system is designed for liquid injections, operating at up to 160 psi (11 bar). If needed, add the solid load injection valve (increases the operating pressure limit to 300 psi (20bar)) and increase the system's versatility. Similarly, RFID rack and column read and solvent and waste level sense can be added if desired. You determine what your needs are and don't pay for unused or unwanted features.
The CombiFlash NextGen 100 offers flow rates up to 100 mL/min and operating pressures up to 150 psi (10 bar). This is an economical, basic system designed to perform both normal and reverse phase purifications.
High Pressure Preparative Liquid Chromatography System
The ACCQPrep HP150 eliminates the unnecessary and complex integration parameters found in many of the HPLC systems in today's market. Our PeakTrak® software, which currently drives our CombiFlash® product line, is the basis for controlling the ACCQPrep HP150. By using this software, the need for a standalone PC is eliminated. This results in a smaller, more compact unit with an integrated touch screen interface. Enjoy the confidence associated with Teledyne ISCO's active solvent and waste level monitoring which reduces the risk of solvent spills. In addition, all sample and collection racks are RFID coded eliminating the potential of missed tubes. An exciting feature of the ACCQPrep HP150 is the Focus Gradient Generator. When activated, the user is prompted to run a preset scouting gradient then they select the target peak for purification and the focused gradient is automatically programmed into the system. The ACCQPrep HP150 is compatible with Teledyne ISCO Automation Modules and other detection systems for maximum efficiency.
Teledyne ISCO's Automation Modules, the AutoInjector, AutoSampler, and Column Selector, work in conjunction with the CombiFlash EZ Prep and ACCQPrep HP125 to unburden the user from some of the mundane tasks involved with preparative liquid chromatography. These three modules can be added to the instruments individually or in combination with one another for even more automated control.

The Torrent is the Scale up Flash Purification System from Teledyne ISCO. One liter per minute flow rates rapidly purify up to 300 grams of sample. The 100 psi pumps accurately deliver a reproducible binary gradient. The CombiFlash Torrent system is designed to be flexible for a variety of large-scale purification needs, with various methods of sample introduction and collection.
The trusted RediSep columns communicate with the system to quickly create methods without error through RFID technology. Column information is accessed on the RediSep column for easy recall of methods. Large scale RediSep columns, with quick Luer connections, are available in a broad range of sizes and medias.
