Laboratory incubators provide a controlled, contaminant-free environment for safe, reliable work with cell and tissue cultures, by regulating the temperature. Microbiological incubators are used for the growth and storage of bacterial cultures.
Snijders Labs has been manufacturing laboratory cooled incubators with volumes up to 500 liters for over 30 years to be used in life- and bioscience, clinical and industrial applications.

Froilabo offers a full range of incubators with natural convection, air forced and forced cooling and volumes from 60 liters to 120 liters to cover most laboratory applications.
Froilabo also provides care for different user requirements, specifically with regard to cleaning and disinfection. The thermal disinfection cycle at 160°C for 2.5 hours in accordance to Pharmacopea brings an additional level of bacteriological safety.

Snijders | Cooled Incubators

The Snijders LABS cooled incubators are not just designed for general microbiological, food, water and medical research, but also for tenability tests or long term storage. It's wide temperature range and flexible programmer (is optional) allow these incubators to be used for basically any standard test. Another important feature is the fast recovery of temperature to within approximately 0.3 °C after a door(s) opening. All the platform, guide sleeves and fixing rungs are easily removed leaving a seamless chamber(s) for ease of cleaning. Available in an upright model with 1 chamber (EB1E) or 2 chambers (EB2E)

    Froilabo | Natural Convection BSP

    Natural convection is designed for long duration incubation, incubating substrates sensitive to dryness and also powder applications.

    Froilabo | Forced Convection BP/BE

    The BP (Performance) incubator range was developed in order to meet the needs of biological and medical analysis laboratories, allowing hospital or private laboratories to have higher requirements than present standards.

    The BE (Expert) incubator has in addition to the BP incubator the following benefits: a thermal disinfection cycle (@160°C for 2.5 hours and an adjustable fan speed).

  • Temperature range: ambient +5°C to 100°C (excellent temperature uniformity less than 0.5°C @ 37°C)

    Froilabo | Forced Convection Refrigerated BRE

    The Expert Refrigerated incubators allows for working at temperatures from 0°C to 100°C. Ideal for micro-organisms, fungus and microbiological cultures.

  • Temperature range: 0°C to 100°C
  • Powerful refrigerating unit delivers effective, fast and precise cooling
  • Rapid temperature set-point and homogeneity achieved with internal fan
